  • Order Processing: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee that the product is in stock or that the order will be fulfilled.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping only inside the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Shipping Errors: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and Refunds

At JOTB, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please review our return policy:

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition of Product: To qualify for a return, returned items must have at least 90% of the liquid remaining in the bottle.

  • Inspection Process: Upon receipt, all returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet our return requirements before the refund is initiated.

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will receive a full refund as a store credit gift card for future purchases or a refund to your credit/debit card.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us; we will cover the shipping fees.
